Terms of service

These terms cover consults booked through this website. Treatment itself is governed by California law and by the consent forms you sign before each treatment.

Booking. An online request is confirmed by text. The consult time is yours from the moment that confirmation arrives.

Cancellation. Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your consult using the link in the confirmation text. Self-pay consults canceled later or missed without notice are charged a $100 fee.

Prices. Prices on this site are current self-pay prices for clinic services. Cycle fees are confirmed in a written estimate before treatment starts, never after.

Emergencies. This website is not for emergencies. Call 911 for severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding or trouble breathing.
