Privacy policy

Aldercrest Fertility Medical Group is responsible for the personal and health information you give us. This page explains what we keep, why we keep it and for how long.

Medical records. Your health information is used to treat you, as required by HIPAA and California law. Records, including egg and embryo storage records, are kept for the legally required period. They are never sold and never used for advertising.

Booking and contact forms. Your name, phone number, the reason you chose and your message are used only to arrange or confirm a consult. Form data is deleted twelve months after your last contact unless it becomes part of your medical record.

Patient portal. Results, cycle calendars and written plans are shown to you over an encrypted connection. Only the physicians, nurses and lab staff involved in your care can open them.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your records, correct them, or ask us to delete anything not covered by medical retention rules. Write to hello@aldercrestfertility.com and we answer within thirty days.

Cookies. This site sets functional cookies only. There are no advertising trackers.
